Something I’ve Been Working On
Lately I’ve been writing a short devotional on diligence — the kind of quiet, steady work God honors long before anyone else sees the results. It’s based on Proverbs 6 and Proverbs 10, and here’s a small excerpt: “Diligence isn’t loud. It’s consistent. The ant doesn’t wait for motivation or perfect conditions. It simply shows up.” This mini-book is a reminder that most of our growth happens in the unseen places — in the habits, the preparation, and the small decisions that shape who we’re becoming. I’ll share more soon, but for now I just wanted to give you a peek. If you’re in a season where God is shaping you quietly, this one’s for you.
New Resource: Anchored Leadership Mini‑Book (PDF)
Just uploaded something I’ve been working on for a while — my Anchored Leadership mini‑book. If you’re a military leader who wants to stay spiritually steady in a high‑tempo environment, this is for you. You can download it in the Classroom under “Anchored Leadership – Mini‑Book.” My hope is that it gives you something practical, steady, and faith‑centered to lead from this week.
Pull Up a Chair
This is a leadership community for military professionals who want to grow in character, clarity, and purpose — with faith as the foundation, not the spotlight. I’m not a pastor or theologian. I’m a senior enlisted leader who’s spent years mentoring service members through real challenges. My faith shapes how I lead, and I’m sharing the lessons, frameworks, and tools that have actually worked in the field. Most leaders in the military are carrying a lot — responsibility, expectations, and the weight of taking care of people. But very few have a place to grow, reflect, and sharpen themselves with others who actually get it. This community exists to give leaders a space to grow in wisdom, character, and purpose — without judgment, ego, or noise
