I spent today building out how to find a neutral spine and why it matters in dance and while your working out!
Think of your body like building blocks.. your head stacked over your shoulders, your shoulders stacked over your ribs, your ribs stacked over your hips and your hips stacked over your feet. When those blocks are aligned, movement becomes easier! When they aren’t, your body has to compensate.
