Relationships are essential
One of the most important things I've learned in Nuclear is that relationships are essential.
That's true in order to push a project through, when moving forward with a hiring strategy, and especially when things get hard.
Building these relationships takes time, presence, and following through.
Thats where site visits and face-to-face time come in.
