The Kitchen Table Check-In
Something I do regularly that's changed how I work and where I focus my time, energy, resources...
I ask myself three simple questions. It usually takes me about 10 minutes and if you can, I recommend doing it somewhere relaxed, with a coffee or beverage in hand.
  1. What's actually moved the needle recently? (not what kept me busy - what produced a result)
  2. What's one thing I can stop doing? (permission to drop it)
  3. Who do I need to reach out to? (one person, not a list)
The magic isn't in the questions - it's that when I take the time to reflect and answer them honestly, it helps keep me focused, accountable and working on the things that help move me towards my goals
If you don't already do this, I want you to try it this week and let me what comes up - I'll go first in the comments. 😊
