Dec 11th evening to to Dec 14th evening. ( Thursday night to Sunday night) I’m doing a 3 day fast this weekend! If Anyone want to join you can! Evening to evening will be considered a day for me personally but you can do 12am to 12am if it fits you & whatever fast you feel fits you as well! Tomorrow in the KAMP 🔥 I’ll talk more about it! Every Thursday going forward our KAMP 🔥 will consist of Bible study! My focus going forward is helping all us grow our KINGDOMS and gain back our spots that we was born to have! 8:30pm every Thursday!! Some days we’ll move over to TIKTOK!

Once you get up: Fall to your knees pray and thank God for another day, another opportunity, loved ones next to you and breath to breathe. Pray for acceptance, forgiveness and understanding before you read the Word of God. Exercise your temple: 10 reps of something - push ups - Jumping jacks - Crunches - 10 sec stretch Drink water then inhale and exhale

Don’t be lazy. A little sleep, slumber and folding of the hands will keep you poor!!
