The Just Listen Campaign UK is here to change that. We’re creating a movement where care-experienced young people and adults can finally share their stories, their truths, and their experiences — without judgment, without filters, and without being ignored. This campaign is about real voices and real change. It’s about healing through being heard, empowering through storytelling, and building understanding between those who’ve lived in the system and those who haven’t. Because everyone has a story. All we need to do is — Just Listen.

💬 JUST LISTEN Just Listen is more than a campaign — it’s a voice for those who were never given the chance to speak. It’s for the kids who grew up in care. For the ones who were moved around, labelled, forgotten, or misunderstood. For the young people who were told what’s best for them, but never asked what they think. Too many of us have stories that were never heard — moments that shaped who we are, but no one took the time to listen. Just Listen is about changing that. We’re creating a space where care leavers and those who grew up in the system can finally be seen, heard, and valued. A space where your experiences matter, your feelings are valid, and your voice is powerful. Because sometimes, the most important thing anyone can do is simply… Just listen.
