The 30-Day Screen Time Reset starts Monday.
We are officially one month into summer and if your house is anything like mine, screens are slowly creeping back in. So I decided to do something about it. Starting June 29th I'm doing a 30-day screen reset and I would love for all of you to join me. Not screen-free. Not cold turkey. Just 30 days of doing one small thing a day and paying attention to what shifts in your house. Every day has an activity and a reflection prompt. Week one we just notice. Week two we start to understand why screens are doing what they're doing. Week three we start replacing. Week four we reset to something that actually works for your real family. The tracker is free and available in the classroom! Who's doing this with me?
