February Sleep 101 Class
If you weren’t able to join us live, you can now listen to the full recording. And if you were there and want to revisit any of the information, the replay is available for you as well. In this class, I talk about the foundations of healthy sleep for children, including wake times, naps, bedtime routines, sleep environments, and some of the most common sleep challenges families experience. Helping families support better sleep is one of my favorite things to talk about, and I hope this class offers both practical tools and reassurance wherever you are in your parenting journey.

Hi everyone, and welcome to the Joyful Parenting Lab.
We are really glad you are here. This space is meant to be a supportive community for parents who want to learn, reflect, and grow together. Parenting can be incredibly rewarding and also challenging, and the goal of this group is to create a place where we can share tools, ask questions, and support one another along the way. The Joyful Parenting Lab is designed to be both practical and reflective. Throughout the month we will share strategies, communication tools, and short prompts to help you think about your parenting in new ways. The focus is not on doing parenting perfectly, but on learning, experimenting, and making small changes that can create more connection and joy at home. A few quick guidelines to help keep this space supportive for everyone: - Please keep conversations respectful and supportive. - Remember that every family is different, so we approach discussions with curiosity rather than judgment. - What is shared in this group should stay in this group so parents feel comfortable being open. - Feel free to participate at whatever level works for you. Some weeks you may engage more than others, and that is completely okay. How the group will work - Announcements: Updates about upcoming sessions, events, and important information will be posted here so everyone can easily stay informed. - Parent Reflection Space: We will share reflection questions during the week to spark conversation and encourage parents to think about their experiences and perspectives. - Parenting Questions and Support: If you are navigating a challenge or would like input from other parents, this is the place to ask questions and receive support. - Parenting Wins: A space to share small successes, moments of connection, or something that went well with your child during the week. - Resources and Replays: After webinars or live sessions, recordings, slides, and supporting materials will be shared here. Throughout the month we will also share communication tips, introduce practical parenting tools, and host a live Q and A where parents can bring questions and learn together.

Bedtime should not feel like a full contact sport… but sometimes it does.
Hey everyone 💛
I wanted to share something that’s been on my heart lately. Parenting can feel overwhelming. Not because we don’t love our kids. Not because we’re doing it wrong. But because the stress, the exhaustion, and the constant demands pile up fast. I’ve been there. That feeling of snapping faster than I want to. Feeling touched out. Feeling like I need five minutes and never getting them. So I’m hosting a webinar where we’re going to talk about: • Why parenting feels so overwhelming • What’s happening in your nervous system • How to feel more grounded and less reactive • How to reconnect with your child without adding more to your plate
