The Intentional Life Club
👋🏼Welcome. I’m really happy you’re here.😁 If you’re not quite sure where to begin, that’s okay. This space isn’t meant to be moved through in order or figured out right away. Think of it as somewhere you can arrive, settle in and take things in at your own pace. You’ll find conversations, reflections and The Nook, which is a cozy space for gentle learning and exploration. Nothing there needs to be completed or kept up with. You can read one lesson, come back to it weeks later or skip around entirely. All of those choices are completely valid. Some people like to introduce themselves. Others prefer to stay quiet for a while and just read. There’s no expectation either way. Being here can look like listening, reflecting or simply knowing this space exists when you need it. If writing helps you process, you’ll notice Reflection Pages included with the lessons in The Nook. They’re optional and unstructured. Some people like to print them or keep them together as a place to keep their reflections. Others never use them at all. Both are fine. There’s no right way to participate here. You’re not behind. You’re not missing anything. You don’t need to do more to belong. Take a look around when you’re ready. Join a conversation if it feels right. Or just settle in quietly. This space is here to support you, exactly as you are. Lisa. ❤️🙏🏽

How to Use the Free Course
This free course is here as a gentle introduction, not something to “get through.” You don’t need to start at the beginning. You don’t need to finish every single lesson. You don’t need to take notes or do anything perfectly. Each lesson stands on its own. You’re welcome to read one, pause for days (or weeks) and come back when it feels right. Some people move through the lessons in order. Others follow curiosity and jump around. Both are completely okay. If at any point something resonates, you’re invited to sit with it, reflect quietly, or bring a thought into the community space. And if you’d rather just read and take it in, that’s welcome too. There’s no timeline here. No pressure. Just gentle learning, available when you need it. ❤️
Sunday Sunday
Sundays can feel calm, chaotic, productive, restful… or all of the above. What are your plans for tomorrow? What would make it feel like a win?

A New Way to Explore Gemstones & Their Meanings
You might’ve noticed something quietly growing inside the classroom lately. The Gemstones & Their Meanings library has expanded… and it’s now organised in a way that makes it much easier to use intentionally. Instead of scrolling through one long list, you can now explore by emotional state or focus: 👉🏼Strength & Grounding 👉🏼Emotional Balance & Calm 👉🏼Clarity & Expression 👉🏼Growth & Opportunity 👉🏼Heart & Connection 👉🏼Energy & Motivation This isn’t about collecting stones. It’s about understanding what you’re navigating right now… and choosing support that aligns with that season. Feeling scattered? Start in Clarity & Expression. Needing steadiness? Strength & Grounding might be where you begin. Craving momentum? Energy & Motivation is waiting for you. The library is now becoming more of a reference space. Something you can return to when you need it, not just read once and forget. If you haven’t explored it recently, go take a look. And tell me… which category feels most aligned with where you are right now?
