The Safe Body Morning System 🧘🏽👑✨
(This is to be done everyday of the 16 days before 11:30am if possible)
1. 📵 The No-Phone Rising Rule (15–30 mins)
Non-negotiable. Rise into silence, & not instant stimulation. You think royalty wake up and hop right on the phone ?
This protects:
- your nervous system
- your identity shift
- your intuition
- and your new body installation
This is step one EVERY morning.
Drop: “Phone-free rising.” If you did it today 🔥
2. 🌬️ Peace Activation Breath (4–7–8 Method)
This is the breath sequence that will tell your avatar you’re safe. It calms your nervous system, shuts off survival mode, and stabilizes your energy for the entire day.
This MUST be done before 11AM each morning.
How to do it:
1. Unclench your jaw
2. Drop your shoulders
3. Soften your stomach
Then
  • Inhale through your nose for 4
  • Hold for 7
  • Exhale out your mouth for 8
Repeat for 4–6 cycles.
What this does is resets your nervous system, expands your receiving field, grounds the avatar, & signals deep safety so anxiety can also start to fall off of the body overtime.
This breath literally forces your avatar into regulation so the new identity can enter it easier.
  1. 🚶🏽‍♂️ Body Activation Sequence (Bring the Avatar Online)
Before your mind takes over, your body has to come online. Which most humans don’t do at this day and age, just jump right into mental works. Movement is what pulls your spirit into the avatar so you can actually embody the identity you’re installing into it. So the new you can actually start to come alive.
This will ground your frequency into the earth realm more & more.
You can choose one of the 3 activation styles below (sometimes I do em all):
Option A — Quick Yoga (5min)
Perfect for calm energy, rooting, and soft embodiment, also for anybody working on amplifying feminine energy.
Just move very very slow, with calm powerful breaths.
Option B — The Peace Walk
Perfect for presence, & body-awareness.
Walk slowly through your home or outside with intentional steps. I would say outside is best but I know it’s cold where some of you are. Feel each foot connect with the Earth. Feel your heal, feel the sole of your feet, every time landing onto the floor.
Speak to yourself and say “every step is my new identity installing”. All you have to do is say that to yourself one time. Over the span of these days doing that, your avatar will flip a different switch. This instantly stabilizes your field to be more safe and receptive.
Option C - Workout
Do a 5-10 min workout just to get the body going and moving. Earlier I did some push ups, but very slow and grounded like. All of this works. Cause the core goal for this part is movement to the body itself.
I’ll tell you why this works too, what it does is:
  • activates the parasympathetic nervous system
  • helps your avatar return to the present moment
  • increases somatic safety
  • reduces morning anxiety
  • & prepares your system to RECEIVE
This is what will make your new identity land in the body more deeply over these 16 days.
4. 🪞 Identity Line Installation (Who You Are Today)
Your avatar becomes whatever identity you consistently signal to your nervous system.
This step programs your body to act, move, think, and receive as the new version of you for the entire day. Do not treat this shytt like an affirmation, it’s much more stronger than that once placed in this order after you’ve done the practices before hand. This now becomes an identity command that the avatar will start to follow.
Instructions:
Say ONE sentence out loud or silently:
“Today, my avatar is the version of me who ______.”
Fill in the blank with something aligned to your next-level self:
• … moves with peace
• … receives easily
• … speaks with certainty
• … trusts divine timing
• … stays grounded
• … holds wealth energy
• … responds instead of reacting
• … puts purpose before panic
• … treats themselves like royalty
Choose one identity per day. Make it simple, clear, and powerful. Your avatar will begin matching it automatically.
Identity drives behavior, & behavior drives and the timeline you step in. Your nervous system starts to believe repetition more than anything, so the body will shift even faster once the identity is locked in and clear. Give the avatar that daily role to embody, and you will be consciously installing the new self, after the 16 days… you will be born again 👁️.
