The 45/15 Goal Finisher
Get directional with your time to complete your goals. Try the 45/15 time block. 45min of pure focus. Lock tf in. No phone, no tv, no distractions. Nothing but the task at hand! Then 15 min of break time. Repeat the cycle multiple times throughout the day so you can actually FINISH your projects.

Aye this is fire!!! Def gonna utilize this cs yesterday I was TOO productive to the point where I lowkey was a lil burnt out and needed to incorporate that balance so def gonna be applying this. Luckily I completed all of today’s tasks already😇

🪑 Decision Desk | How to Ask
This space includes decision support, and it works best when the questions are clean & simplified. Use the Decision Desk when your mind feels overloaded or stuck (this post). Ask one question at a time. Good examples: “What should I prioritize right now?” “Is this the right move or should I wait?” “Where am I overcomplicating this?” “What am I missing here?” Vibes like that. Keep it short. No long backstory unless I ask for it. Then I’ll be able to respond with one clear direction without over explaining it. This space is for simplifying decisions so you not stuck spinning in the mind. We’re shifting out of the mind and into the body family. A lot of people already said they want peace and to feel safe in their body. This is one of the ways we build that … with less mental noise, & clearer movement. Use this post when you need direction. DMs are optional too, I will respond. Silence is fine here tho, don’t make yourself feel like you GOTTA make a post. We intentionally building more silence here 💯.

The Release Phase | The Next Level is Upon Us 🤲🏾✨
Many different waves of emotions have been coming up this month. That’s okay, let them. Use it as reflection. Let that reflection take you on a trip to a higher level of awareness within yourself, and your behaviors. Once that new peak of awareness is reached, you have opened the doorway to the next chapter. Things are coming up in your reality to finally release itself out of your subconscious completely. Look at it like a test to see if you ready for the next level. I believe you are, your life is about to change for the better……. stay strong through the shifts 👁️✨ I originally opened threads and this started to pour out of me, But I wanted to share it with my tribe in here first. A Simple Morning Grounding
Started the day barefoot. This is one of the simplest ways I ground my body and keep my nervous system regulated during this 16-day reset. Just letting the body reconnect with the Earth before engaging with the day or the rest of the world. You don’t need to do this exactly, but I do want you checking in with yourself: What are you doing each morning to help your body feel safe? Drop what your version of this looked like today. This was me earlier at 7 am but besides that recording, I’m just now grabbing my phone to interact.
