Today I deleted every music playlist in my phone and started over. And it hit me how much people underestimate the power of this, cause yo playlists are part of your identity. You pick songs that cater to certain energies within you.
Music is subconscious programming as most of us know. Of course what you listen to you start to become without you even noticing, in very small ways bit by bit.
Old playlists hold memories of old timelines. So every song carries the memories, emotions, behaviors, and identity of the version of you who used to listen to it. So really, we don’t be always replaying the music… we be re living energies of our old self that resonates with that frequency. And your identity CAN NOT SHIFT FULLY if the frequency in your ears consistently is still from the past.
So when you delete playlists, you start to cut emotional cords. Letting let your subconscious drop the identity that music kept alive. That’s why deleting the damn playlists feel like a reset, cause it is 💯💯💯. A new identity needs a new soundtrack. Keep in mind, if you a new person…. U wouldn’t be listening to exact same shytt as the old character now would you ? Your next timeline can’t pop up with that dramatic change if your current sound still match up with your past identity.
Music is powerful af and it will tell your mind what emotions to feel subconsciously. So if yo playlists full of heartbreak, chaos, anger, or survival energy… your spirit will keep reliving those frequencies.Creating your new playlist is creating your new personality. It got an affect on the way you walk, think, speak & carry yourself.
Start over, fuck it. Delete the songs connected old self that you leaving behind and build a playlist that fit the identity you shifting into.
New identity = new frequency.
New frequency = new timeline.
