There is no pressure to be visible. This role is about execution. Most men start here. Some stay here and that’s fine. Results come from consistency. ROLE TWO: AFFILIATE This is the distribution role. Affiliates run faceless or small accounts. They repost approved Inner Circle content. They send traffic through their unique link. You do not need a personal brand. You do not need to run DMs. You do not need to lead the community. Affiliates earn 30% recurring on the $50/month Inner Circle memberships they refer. Conditions: • You continue earning as long as you are: • actively posting • actively signing new members • If posting or sign ups stop, commissions stop • This role creates income, not authority ROLE THREE: PARTNER This is the leadership role. Partners are visible, trusted, and consistent. They help lead conversations, accountability, and culture. Partners learn: • communication and influence • personal branding • sales fundamentals • how to turn discipline into leverage Partners earn: • 40% recurring on Inner Circle members they refer • 25% commissions on mid-ticket coaching sales This role is earned through execution and trust not assigned. IMPORTANT You are not locked into a role. Many Partners: • started as Members • became Affiliates • proved consistency • earned trust • then stepped into leadership You do not apply for advancement.
