To begin repatterning your behaviors requires taking action one step at a time into the version of yourself that you want to become, your "Highest Timeline Avatar". As you identify the processes that are required to become this version of you, from where you are at now, identify the 1 habit you will change this week and actually take action on this change. To follow I challenge you to continue this process each week, as you entrain your CNS to shift your behaviors, you will find that you feel "ready" more and more to step into this highest timeline avatar and the cognitive dissonance will slowly and consistently dissipate.
