You made it. Welcome to The In Between.
Okay, first, I am really glad you are here. If you found this community, you probably already know that pregnancy after infertility or loss is its own thing entirely. It does not look like the pregnancy announcements you see on Instagram. It does not feel like what you imagined when you were in the thick of treatments. It is exciting and terrifying and exhausting and sometimes all three in the same hour. And most spaces are not built for that. The infertility communities feel like a place you have aged out of (or even are simply no longer welcome in). The regular pregnancy groups feel like a different planet. So you end up kind of... floating. That is exactly why this community exists. Here is how to get started: 1. Head to the Classroom and start with The Survival Toolkit. It was written for exactly where you are right now. 2. Introduce yourself in the Introductions space. Your name, how far along you are, and one word for how you are feeling today. That is genuinely all you need to share but feel free to share more about your journey if it feels aligned! 3. Save the date for The Weekly Exhale β€” our live group call on the Calendar tab. It is small, low-pressure, and the kind of call you will leave feeling a little lighter. I built this because I could not find it when I needed it. I was a psychologist who knew all the right things to say and still felt completely alone in my own pregnancy after IVF. So here we are. You belong here. Let's do this together. Dr. Andrea
Weekly Exhale Call Poll
Hi all! Here is a preliminary poll to see when the most people can attend a live call. As we’re figuring things out, this may change, or we may add or adjust calls as needed. Remember, you can always submit questions or topics ahead of time if you can’t be there live and watch the recording afterward. I may also have two different times alternating weekly so each time occurs once every other week depending on the feedback I get. Vote for your fav option below!
