I’m thinking of opening the new year with a quiet, embodied moment together.
On January 1st, one of our community members: the amazing would guide a 45-minute online Qigong session — slow movement, breath, and presence — to gently let go of the old year and welcome the new one. This would be:
- Online & intimate
- Accessible to all levels
- Recorded for those who cannot join.
- On Thursday, January the 1st at: 1pm [Israel time] which is 8am in Argentina, 12pm in the Netherland
