i've been hinting at some things... so wanted give give y'all a bit of an update sharing more as we go, but here's what's going on!👇 this is just the beginning and we want to build in public to show everyone what's possible and to hopefully allow u to learn from any mistakes we make along the way!

i'm biased ofc, but I believe CATALYST is the best community of nurse coaches on the fuckin planet and since i'm totally biased, my challenge to u is this: FACT CHECK MY ASS ask the people listen to the stories look at the results, the wins, the connections/collaborations and the evolving humans that are coming out of this space "i hate that I waited... i'm sure everybody says that to you" - @Terrald Horne "I'm so grateful every day that I joined the CATALYST" - @Sydney Rinderknecht "I would tell myself 6 months ago to join the CATALYST sooner and trust yourself" - @Sandra Evangelista @Khara Sylvester joined last week and has signed 2 clients since 🤯 & my dudes, i would offer u a spot... but i don't have any haha we are CLOSED for enrollment and haven't offered spots publicly in a long time so if you're interested in joining... there's really only one way to even be considered... it's by joining the waitlist and the next time we open, you'll be notified and given an opportunity to apply drop ur fave GIF if you'd like to get on that & we'll send u next steps! you can wait around forever & keep trying the stuff that hasnt gotten u anywhere OR u can get some people in ur corner that can help u create something that is fun, profitable, and congruent with who u are and how you're meant to show up it's not for everyone & sometimes i have to turn people away but if u are motivated, driven, and a self-led action taker... you'll do well with us 😚

as some of u know... i've been spending the summer in Seattle doing lots of traveling, camping, hiking, climbing, & being outside & i am feeling SO INSPIRED i've had lots of time to sit in creativity marinading in the juiiiiiceeee of the time freedom i've built w/ the biz model i run and i've been thinking a lot about the direction of my biz and i've decided... after this next round of enrollment for CATALYST... I'm closing the doors to new members for a while (no idea how long... haven't decided yet) so we can go all-in on making it the best space possible for the people we have in the community, while creating some new curriculum, resources, & tools for our clients, and continue getting insane results results like @Khara Sylvester who just joined 2 weeks ago and has already signed 4 clients and generated $3,500 (in her first 2 weeks!!!!) results like @Brigid Lengermann who made back her investment in the mentorship less than halfway through results like @Roxy Fink who just did $27k last month 💥 results like @Julija Lemenaite who is now hiring team members & growing the biggest ADHD coaching program for EDM producers that exists... period! that being said, before we close the doors for a bit... 🤘 i'm running a scholarship 🤘 for nurse coaches who have a huge vision, are deeply committed, but have genuine financial barriers getting in the way. I'm calling it Micah's Seattle Summer Scholarship lol this is not about getting a discount (plz don't apply if that's all this is to u) this is about us taking a huge bet on someone we believe we can help co-create something really special with. we strongly believe people get the best results when they have skin in the game so this is NOT a full-ride scholarship it's a significant reduction in investment we're willing to take a big bet on the right person, while making sure they're invested in their own success too
