For sickness that is… Apologies I’ve been so MIA this week. Both my son and I have been down with the flu so I’ve been busy taking care of us… and all my wifely duties as well.
Not sleeping well, coughing constantly & low grade fever for me. Persistent cough, up several times a night and fevers of 102.5-104.5 daily for my 6 yr old.
Which leads me to a question for you all?
**When you, as a Mom, are sick, what sort of self-care do you engage in to help you feel some bit of wellness or sanity?
And any tips for this exhausted Mama?
