Ever wonder if your baby is getting enough milk? Whether you’re nursing on-demand or on a schedule; bottle or breastfed milk… these are some general guidelines to know & remember.

Do you breastfeed in a variety of positions? If not, this is your sign to give these other positions a try! Sometimes it’s a baby latching problem (tongue tie, lip tie, etc) and sometimes it’s a nipple problem (inverted, engorged, too large, etc) and changing positions can be helpful because a new/different nursing position may just be the solution to a breastfeeding problem you are facing! Which positions do you currently use? And which positions are you willing to give a try this week?

Okay… the weather, well this polar vortex snowstorm that’s landing on half the country in the next couple days, seems to be all that anyone is talking about lately! So I’m curious?!
