Project Echo / Coffee Hours is happening in 5 days
What if I told you...
You have an emotional attachment to being busy? How do you expect other people to value your time if you don't? Just some things I'm thinking about today. But I do know for certain I'm ready to see what Will's got cooked up for us in today's office hours. I heard it's a meditation. The kind that makes you feel all connected to the universe and stuff. See you there?
Rescheduled Event
Tonight’s event has been pushed to tomorrow night. Everyone is welcome to attend. It’s been 8 years since my wife has stepped out and done something for herself. More recently she started a low tox candle company. She hand makes each one. Today she has been accepted into the regional markets. I intend to stand by her side as she has me all these years. To even think about her going by herself without me instantly feels out of alignment. Tomorrow nights meditation is one for the books. It’s the exact session i guided 3 years ago for a client of mine who is still paving their own success since that transformative moment. You say you want your mind to stop racing…well I wonder, will you actually gift yourself this moment to transform your life too? Will I see you there 👇🏽?

There comes a moment in a persons life...
...when you completely let go and surrender There are many moments that look quite similar…but there is one distinct moment that changes the trajectory of your life right in that moment. It often feels like giving up. But really it’s a letting go. Full submission. Surrender. I myself have felt this. I have also witnessed others right in that moment. You can see it when someone has been there. And you can feel it in the way they connect to you. Their presence often feels safe enough to push your own limits and boundaries. You should know that I give you full permission to be as wild as you need to be. You gotta explore your edges. That’s how you find the sweet spot. It’s not the sensation of this moment that is most notable. To be completely transparent that moment actually feels kinda uncomfortable not unbearable but uncomfortable. In this distinct moment it feels like you are one with god. All manifested forms. All eternal energies. All versions of you - received, held and acknowledged. There’s one word that explains it perfectly… B E L I E F The surrender isn’t about giving anything up. Or handing anything in. It’s an initiatory process you are choosing to receive. You agree that right now in this two decision simulation that you believe in yourself, in something higher and that all of us are interconnected by LOVE. AND… You won’t learn that part until some time after. Thats the paradox. You gotta truly let go. Now, when you do. It’s going to feel like falling. “How long…?” Great question… Unknown. Buffering… I only recently (last 3 years) understood this philosophy. It started to make sense when I made the decision to let myself be fully seen. I had spent many years in the darkness hiding. Hiding parts of myself. All my energy draining because I wasn’t brave enough to step out. The lesson landed about 5 days into my run across Australia in 2022. Short story: I was in the most pain I had ever experienced in my life 5 days into my run.
