Execution is easy when it matches your identity. - If you see yourself as a focused, disciplined builder, showing up daily isn’t a struggle—it’s natural. - Before you push harder, pause and ask: “Who would easily do this?” Then become that version of you for the next 5 minutes. 5-Minute Action: - Write one sentence: “I am the type of person who ______.” - Fill it in with the behavior you’ve been avoiding. Example: “I am the type of person who follows through on what I say.” - Read it out loud once, then take one tiny action that proves it true.
