Class 3 reflection
Thank you for this class and your beautiful explanation and consideration for every level of learner and player.
💜 My biggest takeaway this week is to create a set list. I found this so helpful when I'm practicing, one because there are patterns that just happen that I want to happen again and writing it down helps me remember that feeling I got when I discovered it. Two having a set start can lead to an unexpected end. Three when playing for others, for me personally anyways, I feel I have something I can refer to if I'm feeling overwhelmed. Which I hope doesn't happen!
❤️ Since this is part of a my personal journey, giving the ok to trust your intuitive side really is reassuring that this is my path. I have not always went with my intuitive feelings and I'm finally at a place where I feel "safe" to trust it. It's always been strong but I haven't tapped into it.
🧡The explanation of passive and activating playing I think is very important. What is your goal when playing, how do you want to feel after a session? These are important as the facilitor to know.
When you discribe being in bliss, is this a meditative state you find yourself in?
Thank you for all you have openly shared.
