Class 1: Sound As Sanctuary
First off not sure if I am doing this in the right place. In the classroom ran tried to add to chat for the specific class but wouldn’t show up. If there is a proper was to do this please send instructions.
Before: I have been feeling scattered last few days. Maybe for the past week. Find it hard to keep my mind focused. Feel tension in my neck…I know I hold all my stress there so not a surprise.
After: I still have some trouble trying to focus fir the first minute and so I sometimes feel a little panicked that I’m “not doing it right” but after replaying the two mediations from the beginning I finally found that it did quiet things down. The muscles in my neck and face have softened.
