Welcome to my little group, instead of writing out a long explanation and feeding my ego i decided to add a recipe of ingredients that make, when combined together me ..
Add a little spiritual life coach/ frequency practitioner:reiki master,/seer, together.. mix in tetra healing/ Quantum healing/ shamanic healing.. add a little trance healing.. some channeling of light language and symbols .. sprinkle in a little zen .. living in the moment (because thats all there is) add some energy a few angels into the mix ., multiple spirits/aliens and star beings .
Then combine all those ingredients in a large bowl until you begin to notice and see that they are all same thing … ENERGY..
