This course is designed to build the strength, balance, and control needed for a confident handstand. Each session includes 10 foundational exercises. Each exercise is performed 10 repetitions 2 sets per exercise 1 minute rest between exercises The program focuses on consistency, proper technique, and gradual progress. Follow the structure, move with control, and allow your body time to adapt as strength and balance improve.
