A few of the first pictures is my hair before my new cut. The reason I decided to get a fresh cut is because I gave myself a bad trim smh. Along with the bad trim, I wanted a fresh cut all in all. You know to let go of old hair. Around this time last year, fall 2024 I cut my hair which you can see in the picture where I'm wearing green. This is the new cut I was talking about that I did at that time. Ever since then I been kind of doing some heat training where I would try to keep up with getting blow outs and silk presses, and I got a few trims in between. The last picture is my hair most recently, summer 2025. It grew but not as much as I felt my hair could grow. So as stated in my previous post, I'm going to take my hair care into my own hands to reach my optimal growth.

Just oiled my hair tonight. I've been watching videos on chebe powder and I think I'm going to incorporate it into my hair routine. Lately I been going to salons, etc. to get my hair done. But as a 4c girlie I feel like sometimes salons don't give my hair the detailed care it needs. I think I'm going to go back to my old routine where I wash my hair my self, just for a moment. I really want to see my hair reach new lengths. Doing my 4c hair is going to require a lot of patience, but my hair needs the love right now that only I can give it.
