Alot of us neglect the value of a routine schedule, I did as well.
However, a morning routine that prioritizes BLOCKS over constantly changing activities will skyrocket the work you can get done early on in the morning.
This does not look like Wake up->respond to texts->brush teeth->meditate->make a coffee-> hit the gym-> get back shower-> do work one hour-> do schoolwork one hour.
It looks like-> wake up->self-improvement habits->work 3 hours On a specific task/your business or schoolwork without switching tasks->gym.
Doing less things is more, I will post a video on my YouTube soon make sure to watch it I have tried many routines and know what fluff is and what works.
