The Goddess Reset™ is a sacred space created for women OVER 50 who are ready to move, heal, release, and reconnect with the powerful woman within.
Through intentional movement, gatherings, feminine energy talks, confidence building, tarot card readings, self-love, and spiritual alignment, we’ll move stagnant energy out of the body.
I’m Pinky, your Confidence Igniter and Goddess Guide. Through reflection, affirmations, spiritual exploration, movement, and honest conversation, we make room to release what feels heavy and welcome more confidence, connection, and laughter.
We talk about the things women sometimes whisper about: aging, body changes, relationships, boundaries, loneliness, starting over, and learning to choose ourselves without guilt.
