The Gentle Practice is a welcoming space for people who want to learn qigong, meditation, Buddhism, yoga and journalling, especially those looking for something calmer and steadier than the constant noise and rush of modern life. Weekly classes, monthly sessions and one-off workshops.
Inside the community you’ll find:

• Simple practices to help you slow down and reset
You do not need experience, flexibility or a perfect routine. Some members may be completely new to these practices, while others simply want somewhere supportive to continue exploring.
The community is led by Jennie, a long-time yoga and meditation teacher, Buddhist teacher and former Buddhist prison chaplain, who has spent many years studying and teaching mindful movement practices including yoga, tai chi and qigong.
There is no pressure to perform here. Just a place to practise.
