We did a month long Meditation Challenge, and we have done previous monthly challenges, including the popular Deconstruction-Reconstruction challenge. Spiritually rich yet approachable and very down-to-earth. I enjoy Martin’s teaching and love the community he’s built here. It’s perfect for people who want to grow spiritually but don’t fit (and don’t want to fit) the religious mold.
