Can we talk about something that’s been driving me absolutely crazy? 🙋‍♀️ Instagram and Facebook have been RUTHLESS lately, shutting down accounts, flagging posts, and silencing people who are literally just sharing their own personal experiences. No medical claims. No prescriptions. Just real people talking about what’s been working for them. And honestly? It’s why I built this space. Because you deserve somewhere you can say “hey, I’ve noticed more energy” or “my sleep has completely changed” or “I finally feel like myself again”, without worrying that some algorithm is going to flag your story as a violation.
