Getting acclimated to FF gear
Hey! I’m in my third week of the fire academy, and it seems like a lot of my class, myself included, are struggling with working and exercising in full turnout gear, especially with the Florida heat. Do you have any advice for improving our conditioning and getting more comfortable working in gear for longer periods of time?
