Jehovah Rapha - The LORD who heals
Family, today we sit with the name Jehovah Rapha — the God who heals.
God revealed this name in a moment of bitterness, frustration, and exhaustion. The water was bitter, the people were tired, and hope felt far away. And right there, God said:
“I am the Lord who heals you.” Exodus 15:26
He heals the parts of us we’ve learned to function around.
He heals the wounds we’ve normalized.
He heals the emotions we’ve buried.
He heals the memories we’ve carried quietly.
Healing is not always instant, but it is always intentional.
Reflection:
Where is God inviting you to stop surviving and start healing?
Declaration:
God is my Healer. Nothing in me is beyond His restoration.
