The Importance of Holistic Healing
Hi everyone 🤍 I’ve been a little quiet… and for a very good reason. After fracturing my femur in December, I elected to step back and focus on my own healing—especially around bone strength and regeneration,… incorporating supplements and nutritional support. And still, I felt like something was missing. Because as much as I was paying attention to my physical wellbeing, I realized that 👉 If your body doesn’t feel safe, it won’t fully heal—no matter what you take. That realization changed everything for me. I started focusing on simple ways to regulate and support my nervous system… and the shift has been profound—in how I feel, how I recover, and how I show up.
