Long overdue
Hey everyone! I know itโ€™s been a while but I have moved and gotten settled into my new area a little. I wanted to hop back on here and see how everyone was doing and get this page back up and going to support everyone. How are you guys doing? Whatโ€™s new? What has changed? What can we do as a group to help each other?
Hey everyone!
I will be getting back to being more consistent myself on here. My Ex repeatedly reported all of my socials and I lost everything including a lot of my business funnels. I have been in the process of trying to get everything back while also still being a single father with no help. I also have to move this next weekend but I just wanted to get on here and let everyone know itโ€™s not over and I will still make sure to put in all the efforts here for everyone. Howโ€™s everyone doing? No excuses, but I know I have fallen behind. Have not given up on you guys or this. Iโ€™m still here for all of you no matter what. Thatโ€™s what this is for. What would you guys like to see more on this page?
On the UP & UP
Itโ€™s been a busy start to my year. Busier than I ever thought it was going to be but Iโ€™m also the sole cause of it in a good way! Getting up now at 4:30 and meeting a good buddy at the gym by 5:30, get a good 45min-1 hour workout in and Iโ€™m now seeing the difference itโ€™s made thus far. I HIT 201.4lbs This morning! Thatโ€™s huge for me. Iโ€™m 6โ€™5 grew up working in the trades and on a far. Strength has always been there but mass never was. Only other time Iโ€™ve been above 200 was 2015 when I started to work out and I was a heavy beer drinker then so that probably helped with gaining weight. Shortly after I stopped working out and dipped back under 200lbs. Itโ€™s always been an insecurity. Now Iโ€™m SOBER, lifting and using beneficial supplements to recoup what has been depleted and deleted from my mind and body over the last 7 years. Thereโ€™s more understanding of โ€œstart every day as a new dayโ€ at first thought you think, โ€œwell obviously itโ€™s a new dayโ€ but the meaning for me is staying in the routine from the day prior, it worked, find a way to tweak it if necessary or build on it. The only way to go backwards is to be negative and stagnant. Iโ€™ve had enough of that over the last 7 years of my life. LETS FUCIKG GOOO MEN!
