When there are days that are being felt deeper... A more stagnant, murky, heavy and slow flow... Are there practices you engage with that clear this 'debris' for you?
I know for me I have a several that I'll work with. They're all related to transference of the weight and grounding it. cutting it away. Allowing it to retune or flow away.
