The Forget Knot Collective is a community rooted in compassion, connection, and the understanding that grief is not one-dimensional. This space was created for women navigating layered loss, especially those who have lost a parent to dementia and are continuing to show up for life and family while carrying so much.
Grief here often includes the long goodbye, anticipatory loss, and the life that continues moving even after everything has changed. It can look like raising children while grieving a parent, supporting others while quietly struggling yourself, or learning how to move forward while staying connected to what you’ve lost.
Here, your grief is not rushed or fixed. It is witnessed, supported, and held with care.
You are not alone in this.
You are welcome here, exactly as you are.
