In 90 days, build and begin living a personal Rule of Life governing your prayer, body, time, duties, and leadership.
Work toward:
• A consistent prayer and examination rhythm
• Control of your schedule and neglected duties
• Sustainable physical discipline
• A plan to confront one recurring vice, excuse, or sin
• One concrete act of leadership or service
