Each Monday I’ll post a tiny 1–3 minute practice to help calm your nervous system. They’re simple, accessible, and designed for real life.

3️⃣ Monthly breathwork session
Once a month we gather for a gentle 30-minute breath session to reset the system and reconnect to your flow.

You’ll find short videos and simple tools in the Classroom to help you understand:

- how the nervous system works
- how breath can reset the body
- what “flow” actually means
- simple techniques you can use anytime
