Simplify your life and work.
The Systems Lab is a free community for practical business systems, playbooks and AI-native implementation. Part of The Flex Project Ecosystem.
Start with one recurring frustration. Use the Start Here classroom exercise to map the trigger, inputs, desired result and human decisions. Share your progress, ask questions and learn alongside other builders.
Inside: a free Start Here classroom, discussions, practical exercises and historical Flex learning resources.
Formerly The Product Launch Collective. Existing Flex posts and courses are preserved as historical material; older promotions and prices are not current offers.
Joining does not subscribe you to marketing email or texts. The Systems Brief, The Systems Report and an application for The Connective are separate, optional choices.
No purchase or client engagement is required to participate.
