To get the most out of each session, here’s how to prepare:
🔪 Have your recipe and ingredients ready.
Please weigh or measure everything before class begins. This helps you stay present and enjoy the process without rushing.
🌿 Set up your space.
Make sure your knives, bowls, spices, and tools are within reach, this keeps your flow grounded and intentional.
💬 You’ll be able to ask questions.
There will be space for questions during the session. I’ll guide you on when and how to check in as we cook together.
👩👧👦 Little ones are welcome, but must be supervised.
If children are cooking with you, please ensure they’re supported by an adult at all times. Let’s keep things joyful and safe.
