🌸 How the Sisterhood Kitchen Circle Works Each Week
Welcome. This space is designed to feel supportive, clear, and calm, not overwhelming. You don’t need to keep up with everything—just follow the rhythm. Each month inside the Sisterhood Kitchen Circle has a simple focus, shared in the Monthly Ritual & Focus post. Everything that happens during the month supports that theme. Here’s what a typical week looks like: At the start of the week, you’ll be invited into the monthly focus through a gentle ritual, intention, or reflection. This helps you ground into how you want your kitchen and nourishment to feel that week. During the week, we gather for two live group sessions: - One Cooking Demo, where we cook together and explore skills, flavour, and meal flow in real time - One Kitchen & Nourishment Coaching Call, where we discuss practical nutrition topics, pantry flow, planning, or questions from the community - All live sessions are recorded and shared inside Live Coaching & Replays. Throughout the week, you’re encouraged to practice in your own kitchen. Recipes, skills, and prompts are shared inside Kitchen Practice, and you’re always welcome to post questions, photos, or reflections in Ask a Chef & Community Q&A. You don’t need to be present for everything. This Circle is designed to meet you where you are. Come live when you can, watch replays when you need, and participate in the way that supports your life. This is not about keeping up. It's about building rhythm, confidence, and ease, one week at a time! 💜

Time to move from here!!
Quick question for you…
Hello sisters!! I’ve been recently thinking about this platform and I was wondering if you guys won’t be more comfortable with a Facebook group instead? I am planning to only do this group a paid version for my group coaching program and move the free community to fb!! Will be same concept but inside Facebook! If so! I’ll send you the invite and will transfer it all next week! Any thoughts? 🌸⬇️
Why I Use Sweet Potato in My Desserts 🌸
Let’s talk about one of my favorite nourishing ingredients, not just for bowls or sides, but for wholesome desserts that comfort and support your body. 🥰 You’ll see sweet potato in a lot of my sweet recipes, brownies, fondants, snack balls, and here’s why: ✨ 1. Naturally Sweet = Less Sugar Needed Sweet potatoes bring that caramel-like sweetness without needing to overload on maple syrup or honey. This means more balance, fewer crashes, and a deeper, earthy flavor. 💫 2. Fudgy Texture = No Flour Needed When blended or mashed, sweet potato gives you a thick, creamy base that holds beautifully. It replaces some (or all) flour in brownies and blondies, especially helpful if you’re baking gluten-free or grain-light. 🌿 3. Blood Sugar Friendly Rich in fiber, sweet potatoes help regulate energy after eating. No crazy blood sugar spikes, just sustained nourishment. Ideal for those wanting to enjoy dessert without feeling depleted later. ✨ 4. Skin & Mood Loving Nutrients They’re loaded with vitamin A, potassium, and magnesium, nutrients that support skin glow, hormonal balance, and nervous system health. Beauty food disguised as a brownie? Yes please. 🍫 5. Pairing Potential = Endless Creativity Sweet potato works beautifully with: - Cacao & coconut oil for rich brownies - Cinnamon & cardamom for cozy spiced treats - Tahini or almond butter for a protein-rich twist - Orange zest or dark chocolate for elegant combinations 💡 How to use it: Roast 2–3 sweet potatoes, store them in the fridge, and use them in: - Brownie batter - Muffins - Smoothies - Bliss balls - Pancakes 🥞 🎥 This weekend, I’ll be showing you how to turn sweet potato into a gooey chocolate fondant. It’s magic, and it’s coming soon to this space. 💬 Tell me: have you used sweet potato in your baking? Would you like a full recipe PDF inside this group?
Why I Use Sweet Potato in My Desserts 🌸
Let’s satisfy our sweets cravings this week! 🌸
Ok, I am a dessert fan! But I also make sure to avoid added sugars. That’s why I make sure to add whole foods into my desserts. And making them home helps you control what’s in it! And guess what? Cooking them home and freezing them helps you having them in hand anytime you want to satisfy your sweets cravings!! Whole nourishing your body. Isn’t it the DREAM LIFE? 😁 This week is all about wholesome sweetness, the kind that nourishes not only your body, but your heart. Our featured recipe is a Sweet Potato Chocolate Fondant, rich, gooey, and made with real ingredients you probably already have. So stay connected for the class!!! It’s a reminder that dessert doesn’t need to be “earned” or restricted. It can be grounding, generous, and soft. 🌸 What dessert reminds you of home or comfort? 🫢
