What is The Fatherhood Quotient?
Fatherhood = The state of being a father - nourisher, protector, upholder
Quotient = a degree or amount of a specified quality or characteristic
In the world today, there's a lot of emphasis on Intelligence Quotient (IQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ). There's a key ingredient that contributes to both and is a predictor of a lot of good and a lot of destruction in the world - Fatherhood. I believe that if we can improve the FQ in most fathers today, it would go a long way in raising resilient, smart, self-assured, competent, responsible, kind and caring children.
This community is one step further in connecting men to provide guidance and support while we are all learning and growing, becoming better men and fathers for our children.
