Remove duplicates → Data tab → Remove Duplicates 4. Fix inconsistent text → =PROPER(A2) for names, =UPPER(A2) for codes 5. Handle errors → =IFERROR(your_formula, "N/A") That's it. 60 seconds. 5 steps.
