This is a space for people who want to feel more in control of their eating, without turning their kitchen upside down or buying new niche 'health' ingredients every week! Just the sort of normal meals you’d genuinely cook at home.
We share everyday lunches & dinners that sit within a sensible calorie range and contain decent protein & fibre. That's because those two things make a real difference to appetite, strength and long-term health, particularly as we get older.
For dinners, we’re aiming for c.<650 calories. Lunches are c.<450. Each meal will have at least 25g protein & 5g fibre. That will help weight management, but more importantly, it helps you stay satisfied and well-fuelled.
When you post a meal, include a photo and a screenshot from your tracking app, this keeps things realistic and transparent. Then we've got honest, everyday examples that other people can learn from. Some dishes might not have a name and that’s perfectly fine!
