There are plenty of communities that focus on money, fitness, or therapy. We are none of those. There are just some things in life we don't want to tell our closest friends, spouses, partners, or parents. We keep them bottled up. Here is a space that allows you to find people going through the same season of life and get through it together. We have no age requirement, no fitness test, and no wealth minimum - ALL I ASK is that you are ready to feel better.
