Coach Kay is a Certified Abuse & Addiction Recovery Coach with over 5 years experience in the coaching field as a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach and "Spiritual Guidance" Minister. She was a "victim" of sexual abuse, other childhood traumas and later domestic violence in her past. Coach Kay is now standing with pride as a lifetime "SURVIVOR", and "Healer" to others on their own journey to greatness and restoration.
Known for compassion, her expertise and experiences as she gauges everyone's road to healing differently. "Helping and Healing" is her life's work and she is proud to now serve you in this "Empowerment Solstice" community. Congratulations on taking the 1st step to a better "YOU".
