We’re changing the energy, allowing ourselves to release and surrender to the freedom of the present. It’s a chance to step away from worrying about tomorrow and simply be in the here and now."
And here are three spiritual steps for embracing that freedom today:
1. Release with Breath: Start your morning with a few deep, mindful breaths. As you exhale, imagine releasing the week's tension and letting it dissolve into the air.
2. Ground in Nature: Take a walk outside and connect with the world around you. Feel the ground beneath your feet and let nature remind you that you are present, here, and free in this moment.
3. Set an Intention to Be Present: Gently remind yourself throughout the day to return to the present moment. Whenever you notice your mind drifting into worries about tomorrow, simply bring it back to the here and now.
