Gratitude is like a gentle reset for our mindset. When we focus on what we already have and truly appreciate it, we naturally shift away from feelings of scarcity or longing. Instead, we recognize the abundance around us, and that mindset of abundance can actually attract more positivity into our lives. Now, let's break down those three spiritual steps. Step one: Count 10 things today that you’re grateful for. It can be absolutely anything. It could be the air you breathe, a favorite book, a friend’s laughter, or a comfy chair. Step two: Out of those 10, pick three things and really dive deep. For each of those three things, spend five minutes just truly feeling that gratitude. Think about why you’re thankful for it, what it brings into your life, and how it makes you feel. That awareness really amplifies the power of gratitude. Step three: Notice something different today. As you go about your day, pay attention to your feelings and the little shifts in your mood. If you find your mind drifting to a lower vibration, gently flip that switch by bringing yourself back to something you're grateful for. It could be something as simple as the ability to see colors or the smell of delicious food. Those seemingly small things are actually huge gifts.
