Hey everyone I’ve seen some of the things that I’ve learnt in the bootcamp play out in the US politics and hence the reason Donald Trump won over Harris.
Donald Trump offered a solution to address the pain Americans were experiencing, especially due to the struggling economy. For Trump, this was another business move—he presented a solution to his ‘customers’ rather than selling himself. By focusing on economic improvement, he tapped into people’s frustration with financial hardships and the recession, centering his campaign on promises of a better economy, which resonated with many.
Harris, on the other hand, focused on promoting herself, a strategy that may feel outdated. People aren’t interested in personalities as much as they are in finding solutions to their problems.
Let’s talk 🙌🏾
