By enrolling in The Elijah Company, students gain a deeper, more anchored understanding of Scripture and the foundations of the Kingdom. This school is designed to expand biblical literacy, sharpen theological understanding, and strengthen spiritual discernment so that students can interpret the Word with accuracy and confidence. Participants will develop a mature, renewed mind grounded in sound doctrine, learning how to properly handle the Scriptures while recognizing the voice, patterns, and movements of God throughout the biblical narrative. This creates believers who are not only knowledgeable, but spiritually stable, emotionally balanced, and rooted in truth.
In addition, students experience measurable growth in their five-fold gifts—apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, pastoral, and teaching grace—through practical activation, spiritual formation, and mentorship. The Elijah Company equips emerging leaders to walk in clarity regarding their calling, exercise their gifts with integrity, and minister with authority, compassion, and precision. Graduates leave with heightened discernment, increased spiritual sensitivity, stronger identity, and the ability to serve the Body of Christ in a way that is mature, impactful, and biblically sound.
